Who we are...

For more than 13 years, Heights Kids has been serving the communities of Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens and downtown Manhattan.

We are, in fact, conveniently located just one subway stop from Wall Street.

We also set ourselves apart with quality and customer service. Right about now, you're thinking, "Yeah, everybody says that about themselves". But don't just take our word for it: Zagat gave us 28 out of 30 points for quality, and we earned 5 stars from Lillaguide.com! That's two solid ratings for excellence. Not everybody can have independent reviewers say that about them.

Toys, Toys, Toys...

But what good is quality if you don't have much to offer? That's why we're practically overflowing with a cornucopia of fun everywhere your eye can see inside the store. You're certainly going to find what you want with our humongous selection of toys for babies and kids from newborn to 10.

Many of our toys are imported from Europe: We carry brands like Playmobil, Haba, Kathe Kruze and Schleich. We also have a big selection of arts and crafts, games and puzzles, and educational science kits.

Clothes, Car Seats, and Lots More...

Why do our customers love coming to us? Maybe it's because we offer convenient one-stop shopping for their parental needs. Beyond toys, our baby section carries clothes from Zutano, Kushies and other popular brands. We also carry shoes for those little guys and gals still aspiring to walk and the rest that are just starting to put one foot in front of the other. We also have strollers, car seats, cribs and high chairs from Bugaboo, Maclaren, Britax and Stokke.

What about Mom and Dad?

We have breast pumps for mom from Medela, and cosmetics from Mustela, not to mention everything you need to child-proof your entire house.

Ever gotten stumped trying to install a car seat? No worries, we'll install your car seat, assemble your high chair, and even repair your stroller. We are an authorized Maclaren Repair and Service Center.

We're parents too: We know what we would like to see in a kid's store. But we want to reach out to other folks like you who can tell us how to do things better. There's always room for improvement. You may, for instance, have specific needs, or maybe we simply missed a detail or should carry something very special for a little prince or princess. (Yeah, we spoiled our kids too.)
